Return & Exchange Policies

  • We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed merchandise with original receipt & to be in the original packaging within 07 Days of your receiving for a refund or an exchange (subject to caveats mentioned below). However, after this time period, we will not be able to accommodate such requests.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our informed address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded (if applied).

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
