Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 7-day exchange & return window from the date of delivery.

If it's our mistake — you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we take full responsibility. We cover all costs (including return shipping) and send you a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.

If you'd like to exchange or return without any fault on our part (for example, a change of mind) — the return shipping charges are borne by the customer, and the parcel must be delivered back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement or refund is processed within 7 days.

Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used bedding cannot be exchanged or returned.

Good to know: Since every order ships in a transparent bag, please check your design, colour and quantity from the outside before opening — this helps you confirm everything is correct right away.

How to request: Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and our team will guide you through the rest.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across all of Pakistan within 3 to 4 working days after your order is confirmed.

Delivery Charges: A standard delivery charge applies at checkout. Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders of Rs.2,000 or above.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide — pay at your doorstep.

Transparent Packaging: Every order is shipped in a clear, visible bag — so you can check your selected design, colour and full quantity from the outside before you open it. Complete peace of mind, especially on COD orders.

Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking update so you can follow your order right to your door.

Orders are processed and shipped on working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
