We offer a 7-day exchange and return window from the date of delivery, so you can shop with complete confidence.
If it's our mistake — you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we take full responsibility. We will cover all costs, including return shipping, and send you a replacement or a full refund at no charge to you.
If you wish to exchange or return without any fault on our part (for example, a change of mind), the return shipping charges are borne by the customer, and the parcel must be delivered back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement or refund will be processed within 7 days.
Please note: items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used bedding cannot be exchanged or returned.
